Chaos Coffee began with a simple frustration: I was tired of spending money on coffee that never lived up to the promise. Every bag claimed to be exceptional, yet most tasted stale, bitter, or forgettable. The more coffee I tried, the more I wondered why finding truly great coffee felt so difficult.

That search eventually led me to the mountains of northern Peru, on the edge of the Amazon rainforest. There, surrounded by lush jungle, rich soil, and generations of coffee-growing expertise, I experienced coffee in a completely different way. I walked through the farms, harvested coffee cherries by hand, and tasted coffee just steps from where it was grown.

The difference was immediate.

The coffee was naturally sweet, remarkably smooth, and full of character. It didn't taste anything like the coffee sitting on store shelves for months before reaching your cup. In that moment, I realized that most people never get to experience coffee the way it was meant to taste.
